Im back from my tkd training (:
Today's trg was GREAT !
Did breaking of planks,
Broke it with just a little strength :P
Not showing off,
Everyone can break even YOU guys .
wanted to try the blue planks,
which is harder to break, But nt enough time ><
Sir broke 2 tiles, REAL tiles made of ceramic,
